The UAE is becoming a global capital magnet. Dubai in particular is evolving into a long-duration “capital city” for founders, executives, and global wealth. The best real estate outcomes will not come from broad “Dubai is booming” narratives. They will come from micro-location precision, supply/demand math, and clean execution on rare inventory.

STE’s strategy is simple:

• Buy assets that are difficult to replicate (location, view, plot, community, beach/walkability, prestige).
• Stay focused on liquidity and resale depth (tier-1 buildings and compounds).
• Avoid hype inventory and developer marketing cycles.
• Create a repeatable pipeline that surfaces off-market sellers and time-sensitive dislocations.

This role exists to build that pipeline and protect the fund from expensive mistakes.

Mission

Own STE’s UAE real estate acquisition engine end-to-end, combining:

1. Sourcing & access (brokers, developers, buyer reps, off-market flow), and
2. Analytical underwriting (comps, supply pipeline, scenario analysis, fair value, liquidity risk).

You will deliver a steady stream of prime opportunities with clear decision packs so the fund can move fast, confidently, and without friction.
